SERVSAFE® MANAGER TRAINING

ServSafe® Manager Training and Certification. Food Safety training is mandatory in New Jersey. Food Manager certification is usually valid for 5 years, this may vary on your local health jurisdiction.  The ServSafe® Food Manager Certificate is nationally accredited and accepted by health departments nationwide. This program blends the most recent FDA Code.

SERVSAFE® FOOD HANDLER

ServSafe® Food Handler certification provides necessary training to all employees seeking a food handlers card and is tailored to your learning enviroment.

This program covers five key areas;

  • Time and Temperature

ServSafe® Test Proctoring is offered for those that studied on their own time and need to just take the test. ( ServSafe® Proctor must always be present when ServSafe® test is administered.)
